How to play blackjack
Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Cards 2 to 10 count their number, J, Q and K count 10, and an ace counts 1 or 11.
Bet and deal
Tap the chips to bet from $100 to $10,000, then Deal. You and the dealer get two cards; one of the dealer's is face down.
Hit, stand, double or split
Hit takes a card. Stand keeps your total. Double doubles your bet for exactly one more card. Split turns a pair into two hands. On a keyboard: H, S, D, P and Space to deal.
Who wins
Go over 21 and you bust. Otherwise the higher total wins. A blackjack (an ace and a ten-value card) pays 3 to 2, a win pays 1 to 1 and a tie is a push.

What are the rules?
6 decks, dealer stands on all 17s, blackjack pays 3 to 2, the dealer peeks with an ace or ten showing. Double on any first two cards, also after a split. Split up to 4 hands; split aces get one card each. Insurance pays 2 to 1. No surrender. Bets from $100 to $10,000.
How does High Score work?
You get one shoe and $10,000. When the cut card comes out and that hand is settled, your bankroll is your score. Make the top 10 today, this week or of all time and you add three initials and your flag.
What is Practice?
Endless shoes and nothing scored. If you run out, reset your bankroll and keep going.
Is the game fair?
Every card comes from a real shuffled 6-deck shoe on our server, the same way a casino deals, and the next card never reaches your browser before it is dealt.
